Kids' Church Registration Form

We're so happy to welcome you and your child(ren) to Kids' Church at St Mary's Cathedral (SMC).

Please complete the following details below so that we can better care for your child(ren).

At present, the following groups are available:

3-6’s - Glass Room (Level 2, Wisma Building )
7-11’s - Main Room (Level 2, Wisma Building)

During the service, there will be a dedicated timeslot (around 9:15am) for our team members to bring your child(ren) to Kids Church. The Service Leader will say a prayer for all the children before they leave.
